What size Finzer crafted mattresses are available?
Sizes available for purchase are Twin (38″ x 75″), Twin XL (38″ x 80″), Full (54″ x 75″), Queen (60″ x 80″), and King (76″ x 80″).
What does Duo-SideTM mean?
Every Finzer mattress is designed with longevity in mind. You can expect our mattresses to provide Duo-SiteTM comfort. Essentially, both sides offer differing levels of firmness. Depending on the mattress you select, the range of these distinct comfort levels will vary. The goal of our innovative approach is so you can choose which level of firmness that best serves your needs on any occasion simply by flipping your Finzer mattress to your preferred side.

Do you have a physical store?
No. Finzer Crafted Mattress products can only be purchased online.
How can I tell which side of my mattress is soft and which side is firm?
The two sides are visually and tangibly distinguishable, varying per mattress:

Orders and Shipping
What is your shipping policy?
Following your order, our Amish craftsmen will build your mattress and it will ship to your door. It should arrive in 4-10 business days. Shipping is free to the 48 inland states.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100-night sleep trial. Because it takes some time for your body to adjust to a new mattress, we require a 30-night break-in period. If after 30 nights you decide that our mattress is not the right fit for you, we have an easy three step return process:
1. Begin the return by emailing support@finzermattress.com, including your name, ship-to address, and order number*. We will begin the return process by issuing an RMA and sending you a donation form.
2. Find a charity. We will work with you to find a charity or non-profit to donate the mattress to.
3. Drop off the mattress.** When you have dropped off the mattress and emailed your signed donation receipt to support@finzermattress.com, we will refund the amount to the original payment method.
*Please note that we only allow one return per household, per year.
**It is your responsibility to transport the mattress to your selected charity.
